We live with our two children on a smallholding with beautiful views across the Wye Valley.

We moved here in 2011 and decided to convert the old donkey stables into the Donkey Shed so that we could share this stunning environment with others! What used to be a handful of slowly collapsing sheds is now an open-plan, wood burner equipped, oak beamed living space with a separate self-contained studio and awesome wood fired hot tub - all with a bird's (or in our case, buzzard's) eye view down the valley and along the winding River Wye.

We love welcoming guests to this special place for some fresh air and relaxation. Our cottage is just across the lane so there is an equal share of privacy and availability. We love the outdoors and are more than happy to offer recommendations of our favourite local spots. We're mad about mountain biking, nature, good food and gardening - and we're partial to a forage.
